Subscriptions are only available in the United States.
There are two ways to make adjustments or cancel your subscription:
- Refer back to your subscription purchase email for the link to access your subscription. If you cannot recover your purchase email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to retrieve your subscription purchase email.
- Log in to your customer account and look for the Subscriptions button (just below the address section).
If you still have product left and may not need the replenishment just yet, not to worry! In your account, you have the ability to delay and change the delivery date. Simply head to the billing schedule and click on "Reschedule" to adjust.
