REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

The chemists strive to create formulas that are all skin type inclusive, but skincare is incredibly personal and sometimes our products just might not work out.

All purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. If you are not happy with your purchase, or if your shipment has arrived damaged, you can initiate the return process by emailing us at returns@chemistconfessions.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return.

Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund in full to your original form of payment minus any delivery charges. Refund transactions typically take 5-8 business days to show up on your billing statement.

Chemist Confessions does not take returns on any orders outside the US at this time.
