A 100% oil-free water gel that soothes stressed, dehydrated skin. The chemists packed this gel full of hydrating humectants and soothing powerhouses, to make aquafix a layering essential for your dehydrated skin.

Actives Spotlight: 1% Allantoin, 0.5% Aadecassoside & Asiaticoside, 2% Panthenol, 2% Sodium PCA, 2% Sodium PCA, 0.2% Sodium Hyaluronate

Directions: Use this soothing serum morning and night as a first step after cleansing.
Dry Skin: Use this after cleansing as the first step day and night for a punch of lasting hydration and to soothe angry skin. Alternatively, you can mix this with your favorite oil to boost the experience. This is Gloria's favorite combo.
Oily Skin: Use this as a weightless, hydrating layer under your makeup or sunscreen. This is 100% oil-free, so try it without fear for that dreaded midday shine. Victoria layers Aquafix under Mr. Reliable during winter for an extra boost of hydration!
Sensitive Skin: High level of soothing compounds 0.5% madecassoside and 1% allantoin help your skin remain calm to take on any daily challenges. Great to use before or mix with heavy-duty actives such as acids or retinoids.

Water-loving humectants hold lasting hydration to your skin

5% Glycerin: the humectant water-grabbing gold standard ingredient. This small molecule can effectively wedge into your skin for that plump, soft skin feel.
2% Sodium PCA: This molecule is naturally found in your skin’s water-holding system (NMFs - Natural Moisturizing Factors). Replenish with Aquafix!
2% Panthenol: aka. pro-vitamin B5, this dual purpose molecule both hydrates and soothes skin
0.2% Sodium Hyaluronate: This large molecule can grab up to 1000x its weight in water, keeping moisture to the skin and providing long term hydration.

Skin soothers at effective doses to calm irritated skin

1% Allantoin: This ingredient can soothe irritation and speed up recovery of compromised skin. A prevalent ingredient that's hard to find at the right concentration.
0.5% Madecassoside/Asiaticoside: The isolated, active components of Centella Asiatica. A great soothing ingredient with synergistic effects with vitamin C - ascorbic acid! Pair this serum with your Vitamin C serum.

This is the product I didn’t know I needed! I could never get my skin fully hydrated and was always slathering on creams to no avail. Thanks to Chemist Recommended my skin finally feels comfortable. It’s amazing!

This product is like silk on my skin. My skin feels soft, supple, & hydrated all day. So lightweight, one squirt is all you need and no issues layering other skincare products or with make-up. I am hoooked :)

Loving it so far

This has been one of the best facial creams I've used. Well, water gel - the first ever water gel I've tried. I was finding it hard to find a facial hydrating option to wear in the evening, with most creams either irritating my skin or feeling too heavy, but this one so far has been perfect. It feels light but my skin feels smooth, comfortable and happy. I'm curious to see how I will feel in the dry winter months and I have the feeling that I might feel the need for something stronger and so I'm planning to try the moisturizer. I liked this one so much that I would like to also try the cleanser. The price felt high initially but after trying this product it feels like you're paying for quality. You also only need a drop so I feel like it is actually good price/quality. In summary: very happy; good quality for the price.
